For eight years, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon waited in oak, absorbing time, heat, cold, and everything the seasons offered. Mature. Proven. It could have ended there. But some stories demand another chapter. The Soul was returned to oak for a further maturation, pushed deeper into the barrel to find something darker, richer, and more intense. What emerged carries layers of burnt sugar, dark caramel, toasted vanilla, and charred oak, softened by maple sweetness and a lingering warmth that refuses to disappear.
